After Mitron, Google suspends 'Remove China Apps' from Play Store

Google has removed the Remove China App from Play Store. Remove China App has recently gained immense popularity in India. The app detects and removes the app that is originated from China. Before pulling down from the play store it had more than 5 million downloads and 4.9 ratings. 

The app was pulled from the Play Store for violating Google Play Store’s Deceptive Behaviour Policy. Under this policy an app on Google Play Store cannot make changes to a user’s device settings, or features outside of the app without the user’s knowledge and consent, and not it can encourage or incentivize users into removing or disabling third-party apps.

The app is developed by a Jaipur based startup called OneTouch AppLabs. The gain immense popularity due to the current anti-China sentiment among the Indians. If you have the Remove China Apps application already downloaded on your phone it will still work for you.
