Flipkart has unveiled the date of its biggest annual sale also known as Flipkart Big Billion Days. This year Flipkart Big Billion Days will kick off from midnight of October 16 and will run until October 21. Flipkart Plus customers will get Early Access on October 15th.
Flipkart this time has partnered with the State Bank of India to provide an instant discount of 10% to the SBI debit and credit card holder. Flipkart shoppers will also get no-cost EMI options with Bajaj Finserv EMI Cards as well as with other leading bank credit and debit cards. Further, the customers using Paytm Wallet and Paytm UPI to pay for their purchases will also get cashback.
Flipkart said that this will also generate employment throughout the country. The e-commerce company stated, ‘this year, the sale-event will create over 70,000 direct and lakhs of indirect seasonal jobs as sellers, artisans, and brands gear up to fulfill consumer demand.” To strengthen its existing supply chain capabilities, Flipkart has included more than 50,000 Kiranas, who will, in turn, make last-mile deliveries to consumers in more than 850 cities.
