After few leaks and official teaser later Poco M2 Pro is finally here. Poco launched the device today in India. Poco is known for high specification and low pricing. This though Poco M2 Pro is just a slightly tweaked version of Redmi Note 9 Pro which is currently selling in India in flash sales.
Poco M2 Specification
Poco M2 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has a punch hole in the top middle of the display to house the front-facing camera. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Poco M2 Pro runs on MIUI 11 for Poco, based on Android 10.
Poco M2 Pro has a quad-camera setup at the back consists of a 48 MP primary sensor, 8 MP secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 119-degree FOV, 5 MP macro shooter, and a 2 MP depth sensor. At the front, it has a 16 MP camera that sits in the punch hole in the display.
Poco M2 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G. The device has 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage, which is expandable up to 512GB via the dedicated microSD card slot on board. The Poco M2 Pro has a 5000 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. On the connectivity side, it has support for 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS. the phone comes with P2i nano-coating for a dust- and splash-resistant experience.
Pricing And Availability
Poco M2 Pro has been priced at Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB base variant. The 6GB+64GB variant will cost you Rs. 14,999 whereas the highest-end 6GB+128GB will be Rs. 16,999 in India. The phone comes in three color options – Out of the Blue, Green, and Greener, and Two Shades of Black. It will be available for purchase through Flipkart, and its first sale is scheduled for July 14 at 12 pm (noon).
